 Role: .Net Application developer with EDLP Location: Salt Lake City,UT   Project Description: Candidate must possess a strong understanding of statistical and mathematical principles; fundamental frontend languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript; familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, and React; experience developing and maintaining data systems using .NET Framework, MVC, Blazor, Entity Framework, ASP, C# and SQL Server to include the ability to incorporate/integrate data visualization and/or business intelligence capabilities into web design.
 A.         Degree: Candidates must possess a degree included 15 semester hours in statistics (or in mathematics and statistics, provided at least 6 semester hours were in statistics. Alternatively, courses in methods of processing mass statistical data such as tabulating methods or electronic data processing may be sufficient. B.         Programming: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply systems engineering concepts and factors, such as structured design; supportability; reliability; scalability; and maintainability sufficient to ensure that applications are optimized for state-of-the-art technology and functionality utilizing various programming languages and tools to include .NET Framework, C#, JSON, CSOM, REST API, PHP, ASP .NET, Visual Studio, Blazor, HTML, JavaScript (Angular JS, React and Amber), Java, Java Applets, visual basic script, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Ajax, XML, MS SQL Server, Oracle and other RDMS and database tools. C.         Attention to Detail - Candidates must demonstrate the ability to be thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. D.         Customer Service - Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with clients, other development and program staff, and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. E.         Oral Communication - Candidates must demonstrate the ability to expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. F.         Problem Solving - Candidates must demonstrate the ability identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. G.         Education Principles - Candidates must possess strong understanding of educational and financial principles/methodologies.
