REQUIREMENT DETAILS: 
Responsible for planning and implementing Scrum/Agile adoption efforts within the organization.
• Responsible for ensuring consistency among multiple scrum/agile efforts within the organization.
• Works with organizational leadership to remove impediments to scrum/agile adoption.
• Mentors Scrum Masters and business leaders on scrum/agile application.
• Experience in multiple Scrum/Agile roles including at least Scrum Master or Coach on multiple teams and for multiple projects.
• Has applied advanced Scrum/Agile framework concepts.
• Has extended or customized key Scrum/Agile tools and concepts (product backlog, sprint backlog, burn down metrics, velocity, estimating size and value, etc.).
• Broad experience developing solutions for pharmaceutical industry business capabilities.
• Has worked in one or more organizational Scrum/Agile adoption efforts applying Scrum/Agile principles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with organization business and technical leadership as well as implementation teams.  
 
 
Remarks: 
1. Strong stakeholder management experience
2. Experience on projects involving Software Application Development
3. 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master 
4. if the Consultant had previous Pharmaceutical experience, that would be a Plus.
