Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Consultant)

Location: Watsonville, CA – Onsite – Locals Preferred

Duration: 11-12+ Months Contract

 

LinkedIn and Passport Number are mandatory for submission.

 

LinkedIn profile must have been created before 2020.

 

Rate: $60/hr on C2C Max.

 

Job Description:

• Key Job Responsibilities: Lead technical design sessions and develop solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
• Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI solutions, and platform improvements.
• Manage platform upgrades including impact assessments and remediation planning.
• Perform day-to-day administration and resolve production issues.
• Provide mentorship to the ServiceNow support team.
• Support modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM and ITOM.
• Create and manage Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Notifications, APIs, and ACLs.
• Follow best practices for release management and source control.
• Manage multiple projects, gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Design data import/export integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Create dashboards and operational reports.
• Deliver user training and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities.
