Client: 3M

Rate: $43/Hr. on C2C

 

Required Skills:

Mid-Level Scrum Masters, 2-5 years of experience. Not looking for Senior candidates. 

Candidates must relocate to Minneapolis after covid restrictions.

About this team:

·         3M personal safety division. Digital work, customer facing apps. Work load has grown, so looking to expand.

·         They are focused on establishing a new market for 3M with a new portfolio of digital IoT, cloud, and mobile connected safety products. Global technical IoT, Software, and Analytics strategy necessary for new connected safety products and new markets.

 

Looking for a Scrum Master

a.       Developing web apps and mobile devices. Angular, c#, .NET. Will work with a product owner, software architect, and a QA lead. Will be responsible for conducting ceremonies and standing up the team. Will be working directly with Agile BA and Product owner to prioritize backlog, attend grooming sessions, and remove roadblocks for the development team.

b.       Scrum Master needs to have people skills, what the customer side of the story is and guiding them, then  work with Business Analysts to create requirements.

c.        JSON family rather than XML. One of the best BA's they have comes from a development background. They are able to think through what a developer "might" need. Have been using TFS/Azure DevOps for tracking and backlog.
