Job Description (Posting):

·        dually3 or more years of hands-on experience with video conferencing technology.

·        Goodknowledge of video protocol like SIP & H323.

·        Hands-onexperience on Cisco telepresence, and Tandberg video conferencing devices andinfrastructure

·        Experiencewith Video devices like Cisco SX80 , Cisco Spark Room Kit , Cisco TelepresenceIX 5000 , Cisco Meeting Server , Telepresence Management Suite , CiscoExpressway Edge/Control is desirable.

·        Abilityto solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution designthinking

·        someknowledge of data networking (routing, switching)

·        confidentcommunicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences

·        capableof understanding client needs and translating this into products and services

(1.) Toadhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

(2.) Toprovide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problemmanagement

(3.) Toindependently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volumeand time are met for the team

(4.) Toensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution andminimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases

(5.) Workon value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management,Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participationin hiring drives

(6.) Toparticipate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to driveService improvement plans.
