Job Description:
 Require to Provide L1/L2/L3 Support for Eagle application Implementation
 Need to work with Business Users to resolve their queries
 Applying code fixes to Any Job Failures
 Working with Support Team to do analysis on issues and providing solution
 Onsite Offshore coordination on daily basis
 Ensure Process Adherence in onsite/offshore team.
Technical Skills Required:
 Knowledge of Eagle product with latest update
 Extensive Knowledge on SQL Server
 Knowledge of IBM Datastage (ETL Tool)
 Familiar with IWS Workflow and Eagle ML
 Knowledge on Reference Data Center, Automation Center, System Management Center, Portfolio Data Center, Meta data Center
 Knowledge on Eagle Performance Module
 Familiarity with Unix/Linux Commands
 Knowledge on Perl Scripting
 Knowledge of Java PCF
 Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
 Knowledge on Oracle is added advantage
