JOB DESCRIPTION:
Build, maintain, and support API Connect, API DataPower Gateways, and non-APIC DataPower gateways. Day to day activities may include building new environments, expanding existing environments, maintenance of existing environments, and supporting consumers of an large APIC and DataPower integration platform. A successful candidate will have experience with the below skills, preferably from an infrastructure-oriented perspective. Depending on circumstances, they may be required to join a 24x7x365 on-call schedule rotation, providing on and off-hours support to missions critical applications.

- Experience with 24x7 on-call support
- DataPower experience
- Versions: IDG/X2, XI52, 2018 firmware
- Physical, OVA, and RHEL deployed.
- Installation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Migration experience (specifically from XI52 à IDG X2)
- APIC experience
- Versions: v5 (5.0.8.9), v2018, v10
- API Manager, Developer Portal
- Installation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Overall Troubleshooting experience
- Networking knowledge.
- Certificate management.
- Good team contributor.
- Create and work with vendor on tickets/cases.
- OpenShift, Kubernetes, Containers, and IBM Cloud Pak are a plus.
- Must be domestic, telework is an option.
