• BS in computer science with combined 4+ years experienced in:
  • 8+ years of IT experience (preferably healthcare)
  • SQL Server Management Studio - 2012 or later version (SSMS)
  • Data Migration, Management, and Implementation experience between various development environments & systems
  • Experienced in full System Development Life Cycle & Agile environments.
  • Experience in using Data Analytical & Visualization Tools such as Tableau
  • Ability to work in independently / in teams with minimal/no supervision.

10+ years of experience in data, consulting, analytics or a related function involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems.
 
Job Description:           

• 10+ years of experience in data, consulting, analytics or a related function involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems
• At least 4+ years’ experience in Tableau & other Visualization tools
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig.
• Good at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Data-oriented personality, great communication skills, and an excellent eye for details.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Own and maintain all dashboards, ongoing reporting reports, and ad hoc requests from the organization.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. 
• Good to have: a) Experience in ETL tool like Informatica b) AWS Cloud knowledge and certifications.

Title: Sr.Software Engineer ( Java/Scala/Akka Developer)
Location: Austin, TX ( locals prefered )
NO Stem OPT and CPT
 
Required Skills:

• Experience with Agile teams that have regularly delivered software while practicing code review
• Experience with tools: Spark, Kafka, etc.
• 8+years experience is a must to have.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Mongo DB and Cassandra.
• Experience in the tool: AKKA is a must to have.
• Good experience in Distributed Systems.
• Experience with Netty, Nginx, and HDFS is a plus. 
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Java, Scala, Java11, etc.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in frontend and backend work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate requirements into solution.
• Creative problem-solving skills that deliver elegant solutions to complex issues.
