Project Manager (IT Help Desk Services and Support)

This role is in New York City                

Corp to Corp is OK

Contract :- 12+ Months

Please find the JD, we are looking for someone who got experience as Project Manager for setting up a new call center

Responsibilities:

•   Project Manage – Cost, Scope, Schedule, Quality, Integration, Contract, Vendors, Risk, Issues and communication.
•   Manage subcontractors project activities as per defined schedule, cost, and quality
•   Manage integration with over all plans of the customer
•   Team Management
•   Governance & Reporting
•   Mentoring and assisting team members as needed
Qualifications / Experience:
·     10-15 years overall solid IT services / BPO work experience.
·     Demonstrated thought leadership capability
·     Proven track record of contributing to successful large program delivery
·     Suitable tertiary qualification in IT or relevant Science preferred (Bachelors Degree/ Masters Degree preferred)
·     PMI PMP
·     Knowledge of ServiceNow, Avaya, IBM Chabot, Cherwell, Facebook, WVD, AD, JIRA, Confluence, bitbucket, RLD, Intune, Bomgar, Teams
