Inviting applications for the role of Data Analyst, Operations In this role, you will be responsible for executing rebate for independent eye care professionals and distributors as per contracts signed by client. You will set rebate execution/ operations strategy.  You will interact with client stakeholders to understand ad-hoc analytics requests. You will work on streamlining/ process improvements. Responsibilities Data collection, processing and reporting of rebates as per client contracts Collect customer list from different vendors and create a roster by mapping client account numbers Extracting customer sales and reporting rebates Manage and refresh rebate trackers - rebate calculation Run rebate execution process for distributors and non distributor as per signed contracts Provide data analysis and support in rebate analytics space Provide regular updates to client stakeholders on rebate management health checks Lead execution of cyclic processes Identify and recommend areas of improvement Maintain SOPs Improve and streamline rebate execution processes Answer all stakeholder/ sales org questions on rebate process Qualifications Minimum qualifications • Bachelors/ Masters in Math/ Economics/ Statistics Preferred qualifications • Experience in data analysis • Ability to handle complex data, work independently  Position 2: Data Analyst, Business Analytics Function: Analytics Jacksonville, FL With a startup spirit and 80,000+ curious and courageous minds, we have the expertise to go deep with the world's biggest brands—and we have fun doing it. Inviting applications for the role of Data Analyst, Business Analytics Data Collection, processing and reporting – Collecting sales data from various sources – emails, Electronic transmission etc., and processing the same to ensure the data is uploaded to the SAP CRM system. Analyze any errors in the data and clear the same based on business rules Record and track the input data received and process. Provide regular updates to the client stakeholders Build and deploy basic data analysis to answer specific business questions, Ex: explain the fluctuation in sales, anomalies in the data etc., Data Analysis may include creating and maintaining simple data reports in excel, hypothesis testing, creating regression or predictive models, and simple data simulations Lead execution of cyclic processes Identify and recommend areas of improvement Support in maintenance SOPs, and trackers Improving and Streamlining of Processes Responsibilities Collect data from distributors and process the sales data in SAS/Excel Upload the data into SAP system, clear any error records with business consultation on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis Record and track input files received, and quantity uploaded Weekly connect with Client representative to ensure quality control and reporting Identify opportunities for automation, process improves and drive efficiencies Strong SAS and Data management experience Experience in client management and handling sales force/ field inquires with effective communication Experience in handling SOP maintenance and Issue tracking Qualifications Minimum qualifications Bachelors/ Masters in Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science Releveant data collection, analysis and reporting experience Preferred qualifications Experience in SAS, Excel, VBA Experience in handling data, identifying anomalies and trends in the data Prior experience in sales support  Thanks and Regards, Manosh Saturn Infotech, Inc.
