Job Description

Responsibilities
• Accountable for managing multiple growth initiatives/related programs simultaneously to completion
• Develops strong relationships with internal teams to be able to effectively execute and influence program outcomes; ensures program status is communicated; program risks are identified and mitigated
• Develops; manages; and communicates program plan with all team members and supporting roles; ensuring status is actively maintained
• Brings voice of customer back (from customer service; customer visits) to the project team to provide directional input
• Works with Account Manager to identify opportunities; support/ pursuit of Target Customers and opportunities (Business development)
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment; and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Helps team and individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve commitments.
• Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame; retribution; or judgement.
• Assists with internal and external communication to improve transparency and information.
• Supports the Product Owner; especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement; collaboration; creativity; and innovation.
• Participate in Scrum or Agile Communities of Practice.
Must have
• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) in Information Systems or Computer Science
• Experience in a leading role working with agile methodologies (Scrum; Kanban; XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners; BSA's; Multivendor; Developers; Designers; Test Engineers)
• Expert experience in managing Agile and hybrid/plan-driven programs in Agile Product Lifecycle tools (e.g. Agilecraft; Rally; VersionOne; Jira; etc.)
• Experience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the design; development; implementation; and maintenance of health care applications.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) / HIPAA
• Expert knowledge of ticket tracking software; such as JIRA; Rally; SNOW
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear messages to all levels within organization.
Added advantage
• Prior experience Managing complex Projects
• 3 years' experience serving as an active scrum master
• Agile Certification (Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Professional Scrum Master (PSM))
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science; Engineering or a related field
• Must have good understanding of SDLC.
• Industry certifications in DevOps will be a big plus.
