Responsibilities
· As part of strategy to craft and implement industry leading programs Investment Banking Technology team is looking for a Seasonal Technical Manager/Senior Scrum Master to join a technologically advanced team, focusing on developing and improving their Equity Risk and Compliance applications.
· Write user stories in JIRA, build other artifacts like workflow charts and diagrams, writing solution requirements specifications in Agile environment. Work closely with QA team to review their test cases and assist in UAT with Business partners. Superb communication and Interpersonal Skills
· Candidate will interface on a regular basis with other teams including other internal IT teams across Wealth Management, BA team, QA team, and offshore development team. To be successful, the role will require the individual to understand the banking technology landscape, and to offer creative solutions that integrate current capabilities, vendor capabilities, proprietary system builds, and the ability to adapt to changing business

Preferred qualifications
· Experience as a seasonal Scrum Master in running Programs with technology background.
· This person will be working closely with Tech savvy senior partners and business users. Experience as Techno Functional Scrum Master/Project Coordinator is required
· Experience Capital Markets is required- More towards Investment Banking. Experience on (Investment Products) ESG based investing, Equity risk, Compliance & Data related projects would be a plus.
· Experienced in Managing and running fast paced Agile/Scrum programs.
· Should be able to participate in technology discussions. So, someone who started as a technologist and grew in to Project Management and Scrum Master role is helpful.
· Experience on J2EE related technologies and Visualization & reporting tools like Java (1.8 or higher) and Spring framework (Core, AOP, Batch), Spring Boot, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Micro-services, Python, UI framework such as Angular, Relational Database and Tableau
· Good working experience with Agile Delivery Methodology
· Experience on Data transformation, Visualization and reporting projects.
· Candidate should have exposure on the JIRA tool for project work assignment and metrics reporting purpose and Proven delivery experience of Micro services APIs using Spring boot, Oracle PL/SQL development and activities like Performance tuning / Optimization.
· Good experience of developing multi-threaded and synchronization application. Help release cycles by writing detailed release plans followed by well-structured release notes
· Engage with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Project Coordinator to prioritize functionality requirements, do feasibility analysis and impact assessment within the existing system. Collaborate with other BA/PMS and Quality assurance leads to ensure requirements are as per the details specified for application development.
· Provide detailed explanation of requirements, technical decisions, business priority changes, and minutes of meetings collected from various meetings at customer location to offshore team daily and ensure development team is up to date on development activities.
· Finalize acceptance criteria and modify if necessary, after discussion with business analyst.

· Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the customer!
