Technical/Functional Skills:
As a member of the Engineering IT team, you will be responsible for
development and optimization efforts of EDA (Electronic Design
Automation) environment. This includes architectural innovation and path
finding efforts to create and implement optimal workflows that effectively
leverage compute grid as well as that of cloud providers.  As a member of
the team you will be expected to not only deliver on technical requirements
and solutions but also be able to present your solutions in group forums and
to senior management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to
working as individual contributor, a team member and a technical expert to
explore, define and pilot new solutions with little supervision
 
Responsibilities (Role):
 
 Work with both internal and external teams to explorer new
technologies and features.
 Experience using and handling HPC-based Enterprise computing
architectures and EDA workflows
 C/C++/Python/Bash programming/scripting experience.
 Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple
approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often
information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data
analysis/interpretation skills may be required.
 Development of solutions for improving parallel and distributed job
processing in a HPC environment using knowledge and interaction
with EDA workflow leadership.
 
Experience Required:-
 
 Exposure to latest EDA technology trends and cloud platform
solutions
 Experience at scale in a HPC environment.
 
Generic Managerial Skills:-
 
 Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
 Action driven with strong analytical and analytical skills.
 Manages individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
with minimal supervision.
 Serves as senior resource to resolve advanced system and/or
application issues by interfacing with users and other IT Engineers.
 Anticipates complex issues and discusses within and outside of
project team to maintain open communication.
 
Education:-
 Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
