"Big Data/Container Platform Admin Support Engineer:Roles and Responsibilities1. New installation of softwares in customer environment remotely / physically 2. Implementing / deploying software releases as per plan in customer environment remotely 3. Implementing / deploying changes in software in customer environment remotely 4. Associate should monitor the multiple customer environment’s with the help of remote tools a. Splunk Alert and Health Monitoring b. Hadoop Hortonworks Ambari5. Associates should have a thorough knowledge of the SLA’s 6. Associated should have a thorough understanding of the : a. Incident Management Process b. Change Management Process c. Problem Management Process 7. Collaborating / working with multiple teams across globe ( USA, EUROPE, APAC and India) 8. Travel to customer location on need basis (within in USA)"
