Position: Akana API Support Engineer Location Los Angeles, CA  (Remote until COVID) Duration: 6 Months+   Skills: Platform Support Engineer with  Akana API experience   JD:   •             Understand the overall current Architecture and associated components in client location •             Define best practices and implementation plan within the agreed technical scope of work •             Should be able to coordinate the activities with Technical/ Business teams on the ground •             Should have Akana API experience with lead experience •             Take over the day to day support of the Akana platform across all environments •             System admin experience with working knowledge of proxy sites and DR exercise •             Perform critical maintenance tasks (applying security patches, configure new proxy end points etc)  leveraging current infrastructure •             Security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and endpoint configuration •             Act as a main point of contact for platform support for client’s business during production issues or in support of in- flight initiatives       Warm Regards, Chetan Pareek VIDHWAN INC DBA E-SOLUTIONS, INC 2 N.
