Description:

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
 
2. This classification requires the possession of a Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.  Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
 
3. Five (5) years of experience with application development, report writing, and database development
 
4. Five (5) years of experience in .NET development with enterprise-level applications, within the last seven (7) years
 
5. Five (5) years of experience with n-tier application architecture
 
6. Five (5) years of experience with n-tier application architecture
 
7. Three (3) years of experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio 2015+, within the last seven (7) years
 
8. Five (5) years of experience performing system analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, technical support and training for web-based applications, within the last seven (7) years
 
9. Three (3) years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) Server 2012+, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) or other reporting engines like Crystal Reports, and Tableau
 
10. Three (3) years of experience with C#, Active Server Pages (ASP).net, Model-View-Controller (MVC) 5, JQuery, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Bootstrap, Restful services, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Services, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)5, Entity Framework, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
 
11. Working knowledge of IT security standards with regard to application hardening and data encryption
 
12. Five (5) years of experience, within the last seven (7) years, producing deliverables such as:
a. Application Architecture Documents
b. Detailed Design Documents
c. Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Documents
d. System Interface Documents
e. Data Model Documents
f. Configuration Management Documents
g. Gap Analysis Documents
h. System Capacity Planning Documents
