ASAP.   Job Description: Position Name: OTM Solution Architect Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 3+ months   VISA: Any VISA but 1.5 yr visa validity is required. Interview Type: 1 G Manager and 1 Client interview Remote: Until Covid-19 settles   Inviting applications for the role of OTM Solution Architect In this role, you will be responsible for end- to- end in respective area of work. You should be able to interact with users and customer, resolve the queries/ problem and provide input for improvement areas. You are expected to guide new members in the team and help them scale up faster. Responsibilities ·         Should have Global Large-scale OTM implementation experience with Fortune 500 companies with proven success ·         PMI Certified ·         Ability to interact with, report out and make recommendations to executive level steering committee ·         Should have good SME knowledge of OTM and related modules ·         Should have managed Global Large-scale full cycle implementations and should have at least one OTM implementation experience ·         Should have the ability to interact with the customer at all levels and manage onsite and offshore teams. ·         Support lifecycle of a project as a business functions covering process mapping, blue printing, solutions, documentation, testing and training to ensure that the solution meets the business and functional requirements ·         Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. ·         Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. ·         Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional solutions on complex customer engagements. ·         Gains client acceptance on the defined solution. ·         Contributing to Solution design, including Prototype configuration, Solution documentation and Testing ·         Training and knowledge transfer of application configuration details and sharing best practice within the practice and across lines of business ·         Listen to & understand clients requirements and translate into implementable solutions Qualifications Minimum qualifications •          Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field   Preferred qualifications OTM ·         Should have expert business analysis skills ·         Should be able to map Business requirements to OTM modules and come up with best fit and scalable solution understanding of OTM Technical Architecture ·         Understanding of solutions, business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology ·         BAs / Functional Consultants should have excellent skills in: Business Process Analysis Requirements Validation and Testing Requirements Development, Documentation, and Management Writing Effective Requirements ·         Superior written and verbal communication skills ·         Must have worked in the functional domain of OTM and well versed with the OTM configurations involving at least: Order Management (complex order structure) Shipment Management Rate Financials User management & security GTM modules Planning Integration BPA ·         Should have experience in implementing OTM/GTM, OTM configurations, Logistics Management & Solution Design in a global environment & OTM Customizations and Integrations with Oracle, other ERPs & legacy Applications and also knowledge of Automation Agents and OTM based Configurations. ·         Expertise in OTM workflow design and development ·         Responsible for functional solution design, application setups and testing ·         Must have executed at least 2 OTM Engagements as Solution architect ·         Should have the ability to interact with the customer as well as manage onsite and offshore technical teams and stakeholders.   GTM ·         Expert level ability to provide consulting on International Trade Management from domain perspective. ·         Prior experience in Customs/Trade Brokerage highly desirable ·         Should be responsible for designing the overall Export/Import process and documentations (reports) required from a business perspective at each stage of the transaction process. ·         Responsible for designing/Setting up GTM to handle norms such as ·         Compliance Rules required for transactions. ·         License management ·         Embargo/Sanctioned Countries rules ·         Product Classification, RPLS, etc. ·         Automated report generation ·         Document all the new/modified requirements and should be able to bridge the gap between business and the offshore team. ·         Should co-ordinate with the OTM design team to provide unified OTM/GTM design and solution ·         Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills ·         Team player who is self-driven Transportation Management (OTM) and related Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs   Thanks and Regards, Manosh   Saturn Infotech, Inc.
