Title: Node.js Developer

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Location: (Dallas TX or Sunnyvale CA)

Description:

- Develops, supports, and maintains NodeJS applications hosted in cloud infrastructure

- Creates APIs for consumption by a large-scale mobile app

- Creates integrations with multiple, complex systems

- Supports and ensures business objectives being met.

- Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.

- Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.

- Designs and implements low latency and low bandwidth services

- Troubleshoots business and production issues

- Works in a cross-functional agile team to ensure backend needs are met for front-end mobile engineers

- Embraces test-driven development in the creation of modular components

- Has significant skill and knowledge with NodeJS language and architecture
