Role: – Business Analyst + Scrum Master Location: New York City, New York, USA   JD- Responsibilities! ·       To build business requirements, specifications and other documents in support of projects. (BRD & FRD). ·       Liaison between the business and IT (Dev team) to provide functional and technical solutions that meet user needs ·       Partner Management ·       To operate across multiple projects ·       To quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes ·       To multi-task and work in a fast pace environment ·       Writing User Stories, Jira’s, Maintaining Product Backlog & Sprint Planning   Minimum qualifications B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M. Tech Preferred qualifications ·       Experienced in Capital markets, Cloud Microservices and Agile and Waterfall methodology ·       Very good data analysis and problem solving skills, logical and analytical skills ·       Solid understanding of Capital Markets Finance domain. ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Self-motivated with a solid sense of ownership and accountability for tasks ·       Comfortable with a fast paced environment and Quick learner with excellent business communication skills. ·       Demonstrate excitement for technology and business. Resource need to handle challenging demands on time and perform as an analyst and scrum master for the project.
