Hello Vendors Role: BA with Pharma Background + JIRA + Visio/Sharepoint knowledge Location: Collegeville, PA Client- Please Contact me Long Term Contract Remote Until COVID SUMMARY o  Work with the business users (governance directors) to gather requirements as they come up to put into a backlog for 2021 releases of the system o  Good competency with JIRA and the concept of user stories – must be able to write a high level business use case as he user story o  Must understand functional requirements and also how to document those in JIRA o  Good communication skills – ability to have meetings with business users and business process owners in order to better understand a full end to end process and capture how the system could best automate and solve for the business process needs. o  Develop business process flows (in MS Visio) and possibly training materials (user guides) o  Ability to fully understand the current scope of enhancements (if any new requirements brought up for next year could be impacted by current enhancements) o  Assist with identifying areas of improvement in the system by developing a way of gathering regular feedback from end-users (whether through feedback sessions or surveys) o  Good negotiation skills – ability to talk through a requirement with business users and talk about it within bigger picture of how it would fit into the system and how it would impact all areas of the application/system.
