Description:-
- Experience on discovery and data modeling for data center infrastructure
- Experience in CMDB like Service definitions, CI relationships and dependency mapping
- Experience in Asset Management and life cycle
- Experience in Integration of CMDB with third party applications
- Must have worked minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow
- Overall 8 - 10 years of experience in ITSM & Discovery tools
- Comprehension of and the ability to analyze the impact of new requirements
- Knowledge and experience to provide controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions
- Ability to guide the Process Owner to align with technical or functional standards
- Good knowledge of ITIL v3
- Understanding business applications and their functionality in the ITIL model
- Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure an effective CMDB that adheres to governance standards
- Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology including typical application, server, and networking configurations
- Comprehension of the ServiceNow CSDM model
