Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
10yrs or more years of software development experience with Core Java Technologies.
5yrs or more years of experience in leading teams.
5yrs or more years of experience in AWS services.
Experience of using AWS services like S3, DyanamoDB , RDS , etc.
Experience in building products from scratch.
Sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies.
Should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.
Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, and Python
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Experience building multi-threading distributed systems.
