They are not looking for anyone with Java/J2ee/Spring Boot kind of skills as AWS as their own internal framework. They think that some with J2ee/Springboot will lack the capability to write business functions by themselves.

- Proficiency in Core Java, Data structures, Algorithms, Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
- Familiarity with code review tools
- Possess an extremely sound understanding of basic areas of computer science such as Algorithms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have:
- Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Lambda, API Gateway, ECR, ECS, Lex etc. Excellent coding skills in Java, Great problem solving skills and propensity to learn.
