Job Title: DevOps Lead with Azure Cloud
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 12 Months contract

Job Description:
What You Will Do :
• DevOps tasks
• Hands-on Individual Contractor position
What You Need :
• Overall, at least 10 years of experience in IT operations/DevOps
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• 3+ years of experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Octopus, VSTS, TeamCity, and other continuous integration and release management software
• EITHER - expertise in Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform (IaaS, PaaS). Preferably on Azure env but as long as they bring cloud expertise and are excellent on the DevOps skills they can be considered.
• OR - Site Reliability Engineering - production environment availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning. This should be on Azure
• 3+ years of experience in writing scripts using PowerShell, bash, other scripting tools.
• Experience with cloud databases (SQL Server, NoSQL, Data Warehouse Solutions) and setting up infrastructure as code
• Designing/implementing micro-services or Service Oriented Architecture applications
• Familiar with RESTFUL API implementations using JSON/SOAP
• Working knowledge with various operating systems and platforms, specifically Windows, Debian, Mac OSX and related software
• Extensive production application support experience as well as application monitoring especially with a modern log store / SIEM solution.
• Some backend OO programming experience or JavaScript experience
• SQL both using querying databases and administration experience is highly desirable
• Experience with API management technologies in modern cloud environments
• Experience in designing distributed systems/solutions is highly welcome.
