CLIENT NEED. .Net Architect This role is in Albany, NY               Corp to Corp is OK Contract :- 12+ Months We have an urgent requirement of Software Architect and looking for someone with 10+ years of Strong .Net Web Development experience with PL/SQL, SOA, Web API, Rest and Angular 4 or higher, Also 3+ Years of relevant Healthcare Domain Experience (HIPPA, HL7 Transformation) experience (State Client or Federal Client Preferred) •   Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. •   Expert 9+ Years - Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. •   9 Years’ Experience as lead technical architect on technical projects performing systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures. •   9 Years’ Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier web deployment. •   9 Years’ Work experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts and cursors. •   8 Years’ Experience creating formal Technical Architecture documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements •   8 Years’ Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing and Enterprise Service Bus. •   9 Years’ Experience developing financial applications for a complex health related agency. •   2 Years’ Experience with developing and maintaining applications using .Net Core. •   2 Years’ Experience using Angular 4 or higher with NgRx. •   3 Years’ Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) along with HL7 Transformation.
