Training Specialist - PeopleSoft

Job Title:                         Training Specialist - (PeopleSoft) Location:                         Miami, Florida    Minimum skills required: ·        Skilled In planning, developing, implementing, or conducting training programs are required. ·        Skilled in classroom management and instruction, conduct seminars and discussion sessions effectively to achieve training objectives. ·        Responsible for developing training curriculum, courseware and tools for instructor-led, workshop and web-based training for end-users to successfully utilize PeopleSoft Modules ·        Responsible for development of training documentation using his or her review and understanding of system and process design and thru proficient use of Training Documentation tool{s), and following development standards set for the project. ·        Identifies and implements improvements in training curriculum and courseware using standard testing methods, needs analysis, and methods of redesigning training programs, ongoing maintenance of training materials. ·        Skilled in developing course material for large scale systems integration initiatives. Will leverage PeopleSoft's Learning Management(ELM) Training Delivery Management Tool used to support Computer Based Training and Instructor Led Training. ·        Skilled in the development of online training course content and materials using full Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPI) tool capability to Include all modes, Knowledge Center, Master Template development/use, and training document generation (i.e. lesson plans, job aids, troubleshooting guides) Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and organization skills, positive personality Relationship building and strategic planning and implementation skills ·        Ability to mentor and coach others to develop training and learning materials, to include but not limited to "Train the Trainer" experience basis.   Minimum education & Experience required: ·        Require 2+ years of experience in content development and instructional design experience. To include but not limited to the usage of Oracle UPK Developer Tool/Learning Management System implementation. ·        Experience working in information technology projects and initiatives, PeopleSoft or other large scale ERP Implementations, understanding of software development/implementation lifecycles and software driven business processes are preferred. ·        2+years of experience in designing, developing and deploying blended training delivery approach-via instructor-led, web-based and/or knowledge transfer training sessions ·        Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and organization skills, positive personality relationship building and strategic planning and implementation skills ·        Bachelor's degree.
