CLIENT NEED. Java Backend Developer(Java+ Scala) This role is in Philadelphia, PA                 Corp to Corp is OK Contract :- 6+ Months Rate:- $60/hr C2C Job description Responsible for developing back end software and services for a Comcast Mid-tier Service platform. Day to day responsibilities will include rapid development of prototypes/concepts along with regular development. Required Skills: ·        Must be self-motivated, and ability to work independently, a fast learner, and one who pays attention to detail. ·        Comfortable in an agile development and a champion of software development best practices. ·        Ability to think like an architect, produce high quality code with an understanding of Service Oriented Architectures. ·        Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development, using Cucumber-Jvm and ScalaTest ·        Must be able to build REST services from the ground up. ·        Technologies: Scala 2.11, Http4s, Play2, Akka, Kafka, ELK, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Amazon Web Service (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, SQS). ·        Strong in OOP & Functional paradigm Minimum Qualifications: ·        Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, engineering, management information systems or combination of education and equivalent working experience. ·        Some experience in Scala(Must). ·        Strong software design skills and knowledge of design patterns ·        Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tools (Jira) Hiren Rathod Cell# 908-533-7964    Hiren.rathod@cyberthink.com www.cyberthink.com/staffing
