Job Summary: Must Have

• Overall 12+ years of experience in IT specifically on web development projects

• 5+ years of very strong development experience with Ruby language and the Rails framework.

• Strong experience as full stack developer on UI (HTML, javascript, CSS), server side components & relational databases

• Good experience with agile and devops processes and related tools.

• Good communication skills

• Ability to guide and help the team members in their design and development tasks

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (PM, QA) to complete tasks

• Ability to deliver initiatives by engaging the client SMEs in direct discussions

• Ability to perform effective code reviews of the client SMEs in direct 1 to 1 discussions

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and support the web applications
