Job Title: Project/ Program Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA

Duration: 11 Months

Job Description:

· Work as a key member of a flexible team of IT specialists.

· Keep up to date with and adhere to all corporate IT standards, security controls, policies and best practices.

· To support and maintain network and server infrastructure based around LAN, Web, VPN, blade, SAN and Virtualisation technologies.

· To provide excellent communication to all customers and colleagues.

· To support mainly Microsoft systems servers running back office applications.

· To deliver technical training and mentoring to from time to time.

· To contribute high quality documentation to the IT knowledge base.

· To support and maintain business critical applications.

· Ensure that all support Incidents and Service Requests, Problems and Projects are accurately documented as required by current procedures.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• 7 years of experience leading projects or key program business initiatives

• 3 years demonstrated experience managing successful implementation of projects against scope, schedule and budget.in waterfall and agile delivery.

• 3 years of experience managing project quality, including quality assurance, metrics and quality controls.

• 2 years of professional work experience managing suppliers, service contracts, project metrics, and contracts to meet project objectives.

• Communications skills – demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to all levels of staff including management and executive leadership

• Matrix management – ability to achieve desired actions and outcomes through negotiation and influence

• Ability to make effective decisions that meet business needs while minimizing risk and operating within company policies and all levels of regulations.
