Job Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Rosemead, CA

Duration: 11 Months

Job Description:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Demonstrated ability and experience in conducting analysis of business requirements, system requirements, system design, and system test plans.

· Typically possesses five or more years experience performing systems development activities. Possesses knowledge of the development and support of client server applications.

· Demonstrated ability to model, analyze, design, test implement, and maintain moderately complex applications.

· Candidate must be client-focused with the ability to articulate the impact of technology to the business value. Knowledge of data management required. (Include SCE and specific application/system knowledge required)

Required Skills/Attributes:

· manage mini projects that come in as potentials for robotics automation

· interface with clients, including senior management, to understand business requirements and design solutions which improve workflow, increase efficiencies in cost and time, and reduce company risk.

· complete return on investment process to determine potential savings

· re-engineer the process utilizing project methodologies

· assess potential projects by gathering or documenting as is process

· conduct thorough impact analysis and ROI calculation before making recommendation to move forward with automation or not

· document detailed requirements working with subject matter experts

· coordinate the development process with developers and operations utilizing agile methodology and develop user’s acceptance scripts

· ensure change management project methodologies are in place for deployment

· collaborate with product owner, scrum master, and development team on work assignments providing recommended solution or approach to complete the work

· assume ownership and resolve issues with little to no direction

· design technology solutions using current suite of advanced tools

· analyze and interpret data, develop alternatives, share findings and recommendations, and consult with department, client organization, and/or corporate decision makers in support of departmental and/or Company operations
