AEM Engineer  

Duration: Long Term

 

Required:

 

• Experience in design and administration for a large Adobe Experience Manager implementation (6.x)
• Understanding of how to use Sling with the JCR to render content in a variety of formats
• Ability to install, configure, and upgrade AEM, from Author to web server
• Understanding of best practices to maximize performance and security of AEM servers
• Ability to use AEM features and REST services to produce headless content
• Ability to design frameworks and to create proofs of concept for delivering content to clients
• A solid understanding of AEM workflows
• Experience integrating AEM with other products in the Adobe Customer Experience stack (e.g. Target, Campaign, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously ahead of core development teams; establish needed architectural runway, forecast needs, and recommend change
• Experience leading technical teams through the SDLC

 

Desired:

• Physical onshore presence in St. Louis, MO or Columbia, MD (when offices re-open)
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience with AEM Forms a plus
• Experience in migrating content from another CMS (OpenText  TeamSite, Drupal, WordPress etc.) to AEM
