If interested, please send me your resume, your contact details, your availability and a good time to connect with you.   TITLE: Splunk Developer  Locations: Columbus, GA Duration : Long term Interview: Skype    Responsibility:   This position is responsible for implementation, configuration, and support for monitoring IT infrastructure and application environments. Incumbent will work with others to design, build, implement, and support monitoring configurations. You will maintain monitoring platforms, ensuring alert mechanisms and escalation processes are established based on availability and performance metrics. You will train other operations and IT staff on monitoring tools and overall framework to support management of infrastructure and applications running across multiple internal and Internet facing data center environments.   Experience: Eight(8) years technical operations experience within a 24x7 environment (Production) with complex, multi-tiered, and highly available clustered systems (Linux/Windows) on premises and cloud required Three (3) years of experience, implementing and maintaining Enterprise Monitoring Application required Three (3) years administering SPLUNK with ITSI experience preferable Scripting experience with languages such as VB, Java, PowerShell, and/or Python required Two (2) years of experience monitoring IBM Web Sphere applications and services utilizing IIB, Data Power and MQ   Education: Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Computer Science or Business and Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
