Job description is given below   Position - ServiceNow Developer Location - Tampa, FL (Remote until Covid restrictions are removed)   Detailed Job Description Design, develops and supports Virtual Agent using Predictive Intelligence, machine-learning, Advanced Work Assignment in SrerviceNow. Proficient in NLU Model Builder, Train and Test NLU in ServiceNow. Design and Developed custom use cases and train the Model. Design and Develop Performance Analytics Solutions for Virtual Agent. Partners with Clients and Technology teams to review business requirements, technical requirements, determines scope, and estimates the effort in the development of Technology requirements. Preform development related activities while ensuring that appropriate governance exists for all delivery of technology solutions. Mandatory skills Minimum 5 years of experience of ServiceNow development and configuration preferably within the HR Scoped application, with a SNOW partner. More than 10 years of technology experience supporting a complex application with integration points across other systems. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Relational Database development desired. Experience with test driven development, agile practices and tools desired. Experience with Workday, Single Sign on and AWS is preferred. Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support. Strong analytical skills, interpretive and evaluative skills. Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams. Outstanding documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clients. Must be service-oriented, team player, work independently. Must be able to work flexible hours, including support on release weekend Good to have skills •            Experience with complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance (Workday preferred). •            Experience with JavaScript, JSON, Java, Python, C++ and API programming strongly desired.
