Role: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Houston, TX.
Requirement Details:
Should have at least 10 years of experience in sfdc platform and should have experience in architecting, designing and deploying sfdc for organizations. Some of the areas that we are looking for are as follows:
Foundation in SFDC
- The architect should understand the system development life cycle; software project management approaches; and requirements, design, and test techniques.
- Conceptualize and influence application and interface projects, and therefore must understand what advice to give and where to plug in to steer toward desirable outcomes.
- Depth in data modeling and database design SPECIFIC to sfdc domain:
- This is the core skill of the architect. Should be sound across all phases of sfdc solution modeling, from conceptualization to customer experience (UX).
- This skill should extend to actual hands-on experience in development and sfdc administration at some points in his/her experience.
- Breadth in established and emerging technologies:
- In addition to depth in established data management and reporting technologies and must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them.
- Ability to conceive and portray the big data picture:
- When the architect initiates, evaluates, and influences projects he or she will do so from the perspective of the entire organization. Will map the systems and interfaces used to manage data, sets standards forUI, process flows, analyzes current state and conceives desired future state, and conceives projects needed to close the gap between current state and future goals.
- Ability to astutely operate and navigate politically in an organization
- Well respected and influential in the IT industry
- Experience in demonstrating and being able to emphasize methodology, modeling, and governance in organizations
- Technologically and politically neutral and aligns to current business needs of an organization
- Articulate, persuasive, Enthusiastic with the domain.
