Job Roles/Responsibilities:
- Define /manage testing and release processes to quickly scale to support more OEMs and new categories of products
- Drive team performance to handle more tickets
- Improvement in ticket handling with Process improvements
- Hands-On in Android Software Development Services (Device drivers, Interfaces & Adaptors), Android QA/testing services
- Hands-on end-to-end Android devices testing
- Proactive resource onboarding to handle peak ticket load
- Give strategic and tactical feedback to stakeholders
- Program level reporting
- One governance with customer's PMs & Product Leads
- Drive standardization and Product harmonization across site
- Excellent communication skills
- Following the standard operating procedures as guided by customer
