Please review and let me know your interest Role: Sr. SQL Developer Location: Oaks, PA Interview: Phone/Skype Hire   The Sr. SQL Developer has expertise in SQL coding and optimization, data modeling, reporting and analytics, with a focus in Microsoft SQL Server. This role designs and develops data processing, data models and reports to support the company’s Investor Dashboard team.   Essential Functions/Responsibilities: - Hands on T-SQL development (stored procedures, functions, triggers, DDL, DML, etc.). - Architects database and Investor Dashboard solutions. - Identifies and analyzes code performance issues and suggests resolutions. - Reads query execution plans and recommends optimizations. - Reviews SQL code and recommends optimizations while enforcing best practices. - Properly documents results of review and performance analysis and provides feedback to necessary teams. - Acts as a SME for SQL best practices, optimizations, and deployments. - Participates on special initiatives and teams when required. - Collaborates with developers and DBA's on database design.   Specific Job Skills and Experience: - 8 or more years of related experience. - Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities, with a strong preference for Agile/Scrum. - The following technical skills and experience are required: - SQL Server (2012/2016/2017), including T-SQL, query optimization, Performance tuning, functions, indexes, normalization, schemas, stored procedures, CTEs, and triggers - Architecting, designing, and implementing database and data warehouse solutions (Star and Snowflake schemas; MS SQL Server preferred) - Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable solutions. - Seasoned Financial Services professional with experience in investment manager platforms is preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. - Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills. - Excellent collaboration/teamwork skills.   Thank you, Parvez Saiyed || cyberThink Inc.
