Role: VMware Engineer
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Need strong experience with VRO and VRA
Responsibilities:
- VMware Automation Engineer with vRo (most important) and vRa experience for backend automation. Currently using Version 7.0 but will be upgrading next year to version 8.0
- Prior experience developing out of the box API solutions required
- Prior experience developing scripts from scrate (pearl, python, javascript, etc) required
- ESX platform experience/background
- Familiar with Orchestration Tools – any orchestration tool knowledge in a enterprise environment as you will need to interact with tools such as vRO, BMC Atrium Orchestrator-BAO, Ansible
- Scripting/development skills – Powershell, BASH, Python and Javascript for custom development
- Experience with JCI and JSON structures
- Experiene with API’s and integration with applications such as Remedy and DNS.
- Cloud experience/background (AWS, Azure)
- Global Communication with team is required but based on US work hours.
- Work as part of a team or independently depending on the project.
