Job Description:
SKILLS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE HADOOP
- Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem and its components
- Ability to write reliable, manageable, and high performance code
- Expertise knowledge of Hadoop HDFS, Hive, Pig, Flume, NIFI and Sqoop.
- Experience of writing Pig Latin and MapReduce jobs
- Good knowledge of the concepts of Hadoop
- Analytical and problem solving skills the implementation of these skills in Big Data domain
- Understanding of data loading tools such as Flume, Sqoop, Kafka etc
- Hands on experience in HiveQL
- Familiarity with data loading tools like Flume and Sqoop.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, applied to Big Data domain
- Experience in hands on working with Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Pig, and Hbase
- Experience in applying design patterns for implementing multi threading and concurrency concepts
- Experience in Spark Core, Spark SQL, DataFrames and DataSets, Spark Streaming will be a plus
- Proven experience in designing large scale data lake also involved in designing data ingestion consumption layers
- Experience in data streaming using Kafka
- Writing medium to complex level Python scripts for data ingestion consumption will be beneficial
