Position: Drupal Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months+

The senior developer will be responsible for understanding business requirements, working with a small but dynamic and highly productive team in configuring and customizing web interfaces. This position requires a fast-moving, results-oriented candidate with experience and skill in understanding, solving and developing for vastly different client problems/goals.
What will you do?
· Investigate, analyze, design, program and implement effective solutions to meet business and customer needs
· Work with business partners to write technical specifications based on their requirements
· Routinely communicate and interface with team members
· Drupal server configuration setup, tuning, and monitoring
· Drupal content types, fields, blocks, regions, views, themes, templates, modules and other Drupal elements
· Advanced theming for custom look and feel supporting accessibility and responsive design
· Usage of Drush to automate or simplify Drupal site management
· Building and maintaining custom Drupal 8 themes (Responsive Design) and modules
· Assist in the maintenance and updating of legacy in-house applications written in a variety of languages
· Code and debug in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery
What are we looking for?
· 3 - 5+ years of professional experience building and supporting a medium to large Drupal site in Drupal 8
· 3+ years of experience in Drupal site building, administration, custom module development, configuration management/features and theming
· Up to date with new Drupal developments and features
· Experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration testing
· Experience working in cloud platforms, Amazon Web Services certifications preferred
· Ability to clearly communicate with other digital specialists and non- technical partners
· Familiarity in headless Drupal development
· Experience configuring Varnish and CK Editor modules
· Experience setting up moderation and templating solutions in Drupal 8
· Prior experience working for government is beneficial
