Job Description
Salesforce Release Engineer responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support of the end to end release process.
Key Responsibilities
Certified Salesforce Developer/Architect with Experience in
Salesforce service cloud lightning (not classic) experience (2+ years) .
Configuration (Objects, Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Security, Email integration etc.).
Automation & Customization using Apex code.
Salesforce Communities Setup.
Integration experience with legacy systems.
Omni-channel setup and IVR integration.
Managing multiple orgs across the globe.
Automating deployments (CI/CD) from one environment to another
Familiar with Latest features of Salesforce Live Agent Chat, Einstein capabilities (Bot, Analytics etc.)
