Key Responsibilities Certified Salesforce Developer/Architect with Experience in Salesforce service cloud lightning (not classic) experience (2+ years) . Configuration (Objects, Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Security, Email integration etc.). Automation & Customization using Apex code. Salesforce Communities Setup. Integration experience with legacy systems. Omni-channel setup and IVR integration. Managing multiple orgs across the globe. Automating deployments (CI/CD) from one environment to another Familiar with Latest features of Salesforce Live Agent Chat, Einstein capabilities (Bot, Analytics etc.) Thank you.
