Role: ServiceNow Integration Architect
Location: Atlanta GA
Duration: Contract / Full time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with the business needs and objectives while maintaining proper governance
• Review requirements set forth by product owners or gathered directly with a customer
• Develop technical solutions and documentation that are maintainable and are in line with current practices and future-state aspirations
• Influence governance and repeatable technical designs for integrations with applications and systems throughout the organization
• Serve as an advisor and leader within the team by sharing best practices and coding standards, as well as ensuring development work is aligned to ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices across the ServiceNow Platform Technical team
• Assist with resolving critical technical issues and challenges
• Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations that do not align to ServiceNow best practices.
• Maintain expert knowledge of technological advances and new features within ServiceNow; provide continuous research and assessment of new resources and technology available for ServiceNow platform
• Work alongside project manager to keep up project statuses and communications within the team and to customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, preferred
• 5+ years working as a ServiceNow platform architect and developer
• Strong experience with designing integrations with other ServiceNow instances and third-party tools
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, SOAP, JSON
• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills that include technical and business concepts, with the ability to adapt messaging to varying stakeholder levels.
