1.>Position Title: - Servicenow BSA Developer
Location: - Minneapolis
Duration: - 12 months.
Mandatory Skills:-
· Leverage domain expertise
· Functional Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules, ITSM, ITOM, GRC.
Demonstrate expert level knowledge in all systems, processes and data relating to the assigned business or project. Leverage domain expertise and analyst practice expertise to provide the most effective solutions to the business partners in the most efficient means possible. Select appropriate analysis techniques and tools (process modeling, use cases, etc.) for each project. Educate business partners on systems capabilities and the feasibility of developing specific solutions.
Complete all support documentation on assigned projects, including creating and updating all user and technical procedures/manuals, operational support documentation and archival of all related project documentation. Define and monitor all implementation tasks such as the production check-out process, including review of reports, data files and Online screens to ensure technical solutions perform according to the specifications and meet defined business requirements.
2.> Position Title: - Salesforce – Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: - BOSTON
Exp 4 - 6 yrs
Mandatory Skills:-
1. Content builder
2. Dynamic content blocks
3. All subscribers list
4. Types of Data extension (Data extension, Filtered DE, Salesforce DE, Synchronized DE)
5. Admin experience
Journey builder
1. Core Journey builder workflows
2. Flow controls (Decision split, engagement split, Random split, joins etc..,)
3. Automation Studio activities (import File, Data Extract, Scripts)
4. Proficient in SQL queries
AmpScript coding
Primary Skill :-
Salesforce Marketing cloud, Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey builder, Automation Studio, Audience builder, Contact Builder, SQL, HTML/CSS, Marketing Analytics, Dynamic Content, Data extensions, Data sources and Data Designer
