Summary Description:
The Salesf orce Business Analyst will elicit, analyze and document business requiremen ts from key stakeholders within the organizations sales and operations depa rtments.
This role will work collaboratively with technical teams within Salesforce and IT departments to analyze and solve business challenges and implement new solutions and improve existing processes utilizing the Sales force.com platform.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth data analysis (structure, content and flow) from multiple source systems to help support Salesforce design and integration decisions. Work with appropriate Solutions Architect on integration to other systems to analyze design alte rnatives, gain alignment, and execute accordingly
Preparation of functio nal software specifications that reflect an in-depth understanding of the b usiness and end-user requirements while also considering IT standards and t echnical direction
Translating functional request from customers (both i nternal and external) into documented, actionable deliverables for software development team supporting Salesforce functionality.
Support the deliv ery of seamless integration into the production environment, including perf orming necessary change management activities
Creating, executing, and m aintaining test plans. Creating and maintaining functional specifications a s scope changes throughout the development cycle.
Ongoing functional pro duction support for Salesforce, across multiple Clouds (Service, Sales, Mar keting, and Community) as needed
Business process analysis and design
Requirement, process, design and training documentation
Collaborate wit h cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and IT
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Required - Salesforce Administrator Cer tification and/or Salesforce App Builder Certification
8+ years of IT Ex perience
Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Salesforce.com hands-on Administration/ Business Analysis Experience
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Business A nalysis and Business Process implementation
Hands-on experience with Sal esforce.com Administration with working knowledge of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Mobile/Salesforce1, Pardot Marketing, Lightening Compon ents Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
Ha nds-on experience configuring Salesforce.com applications using advanced to ols such as workflows, Visual Flow and Process builder
Ability to analyz e and creatively solution complex business problems
Excellent troublesho oting, analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written co mmunication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented and r esults driven
Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.< /span>
