Title : Salesforce Developer/ Architect

Description :
Function as SFDC Functional Consultant with responsibilities to :
Provide SFDC and Domain expertise to solve clients problems and transform their business
Build client specific solutions on the SFDC platform using all the available tool options. Collaborate and work closely with enterprise SFDC practice.
Lead interactions with client personnel during requirement gathering and prototyping sessions.
Lead SFDC development team with little or no direct supervision.
Provide advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client.
Manage tasks to schedule and budget. Strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.
Responsibilities
Play role of SFDC functional expert on projects
Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM / CEM strategy, IT product evaluation.
Lead teams for business blue printing
Lead CX consulting assignments which involve SFDC cloud solutions.
Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
Lead research in CEM / Digital CEM and publish papers in global forums
Work on pre-sales for identifying and converting business consulting and IT implementation opportunities.
Demonstrates a consultative mindset and desire to work well with the client
Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
Technical and system architecture design of solutions on the Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com platforms
Data model design
Integration architecture to connect all types of technology systems across an enterprise
Train and mentor consultants and engineers
Meet with clients both onsite and remote, leading workshops, discovery sessions, etc.
Understand and consult on best practices, governance, and compliance on marketing automation platforms
Qualifications
12 to 15+ years of IT experience
8+ years’ experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
8+ years’ experience working on the Salesforce.com platforms.
6+ years’ experience with Sales Cloud
Must have executed at least 3 full life cycle Salesforce implementations
Exposure to other CRM Tools such as MS Dynamics, Siebel, SAP CRM, DMS, Digital technologies (Good to have)
Knowledge of Automotive, Industrial equipment CRM implementations (Nice to have)
Must not have only project management or resource management experience
Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems
Extraordinary client-facing skills with the ability to solve the client’s needs and manage scope in a positive way
Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Skilled in all aspects of system design including data modeling, integration design, business process implementation, etc.
Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large concurrent consulting projects
Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members
Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Be independent and self-driven
Preferred Skills And Education
Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams
Ability to organize and lead client sessions that result in clear requirements and technical design, even when working with non-technical members of client teams.
