Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
• Good knowledge of IBM MAximo architectures.
• Good knowledge in Upgrades, migration of data and Execute IQ, OQ and other validation processes
• Working experience in IBM Maximo Server Client installations
• Good troubleshooting experience in Maximo application
• Hands on experience on Maximo support.
• Good troubleshooting experience in Maximo to other application interface configurations
• Good working experience on ITIL Service delivery processes and GMP validation processes
• Knowledge on GMP change control processes
Preferred Skills:
1.Strong knowledge in Asset management domain.
2.Experience on IBM Maximo implementation/deployment.
3.Familiarity with similar Asset Management systems
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
1.Execute IQ, OQ for Maximo Upgrade projects
2.Support Maximo application at client site as per ITIL standards.
3.Work on Incident management, Service request management, Problem management and change management areas.
4.Support project team during the new implementations
5.Develop system validation documentation and ensure the system validation compliance.
6.Create and manage application specific knowledge management.
