Description-
Responsibilities:
• Learn what our business partners do and apply analytics and visualizations to impact their goals and objectives in a positive way and drive desired behaviors
• Engineer end to end solutions including; data acquisition, data modeling, analytics and visualizations
• Mentor and coach the team through its analytics and visualizations learning curve
• Lead design sessions with all levels of the organization to understand their wants and needs and to gather the appropriate information that will inform the solutions you provide
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of working with Analytics/BI tools
• 2+ years of recent working experience with Tableau specifically
• 4+ years of in-depth experience with data discovery, data profiling and data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Is value and results oriented and driven
• Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization)
• Bachelor's degree

- Develop analytics using data from its SAP Suite on HANA system leveraging Live Views for self-service reporting.
- Reporting and leveraging Tableau to delivery standardized reports/dashboards, as well as self-service analytics.
- We are looking for candidates who can lead our team in the areas of analytics and visualizations. The candidate will deliver solutions that will drive desired business outcomes using KPIs, metrics, dashboards and scorecards.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and crafting high-value solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
