Title- SAP Support
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 1+ Year
Description-
The SAP Support resource will monitor SAP interfaces and coordinate with technology partners and business for issue resolution. He/she also has to monitor Service Pro incidents/tickets and report to SAP support partners and coordinate with them for the issue resolution.
Essential Functions:
● Monitor SAP interfaces and report to technical partners or business.
● Monitor SAP background jobs.
● Monitor Service desk issues and raise tickets with our SAP support partner.
● Run SAP extracts/reports to support the business.
● Check and validate master data records and status (Vendors, Customers, Accounts, Employees).
● Liaison between business and SAP support partner.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance / Accounting, or related discipline with an IT focus.
● SAP support experience in integrations/interfaces (2-3 years).
● Working experience with service management tools (Service Pro and Service Now).
● SAP integrations understanding (IDOC, RFC and API), able to check SAP system logs and background jobs.
