If interested, please send me your resume, your contact details, your availability and a good time to connect with you.   Role : Bigdata/ Hadoop Architect with Cloud AWS Location : Chicago IL Duration: Long term interview: Skype Job Description: ·        Strong Hands on experience of working on o   Hadoop (HDP – Hortonworks or CDH - Cloudera) o   Distributed File System: HDFS / S3 / ADLS o   Apache Spark (using Python or Scala or Java or R) – RDD API, Dataframe and SparkSQL o   Apache Hive (HiveQL, Modeling and Designing Tables, Working with JSON / CSV / XML Data, Performance Tuning, Bucketing and Partitioning) o   Programming Language: Strong in at-least 1 language – Java or Scala or Python ·        Strong experience of at-least 1 Data Ingestion tool – NiFi or StreamSets or Informatica or Talend or Airflow ·        Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills ·        Exposure and good understanding of: o   Data Lake, Data Hub, Data Warehousing, Metadata Cataloging o   Linux Shell Scripting o   Apache Sqoop (Importing and Exporting datasets) ·        Good understanding of using GIT / TFS and experience of working on Agile projects Skills (Nice to Have): ·        Knowledge of working on Traditional DWH and Relational Databases. ·        Good understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning ·        Exposure of working on Cloud (Azure or AWS or GCP) ·        Experience of working in Insurance / Pharma / Healthcare. ·        Exposure to Micro services, Containers (Docker & Kubernetes) Hands of experience in BI Development using Tableau or PowerBI.
