Senior .Net and Angular JS - Technical Lead
Montpelier, Vermont

 NO H1 Transfer, this is a Lead role need atleast 10+Years experience 
 
Min 8 years’ experience with .NET, Web APIs
Min 8 years in Microsoft .net stack with strong development skills in C#.net
Min 5 years of experience in Enterprise application Architecture
Min 2 years’ experience with AngularJS / Angular 2
Min 2 years’ experience in Life and Annuity Insurance industry
 
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 
Understand project goals
Partner with business stakeholders to explore options.
Identify and evaluate potential solutions
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and actively represent technical concerns, options, and potential impacts
Identify technical risks and lead mitigation
Collaborate with the Business Analyst(s) on non-functional requirements
Collaborate with technical experts on design
Refine technical solution and estimates
Collaborate with Domain Leads to solidify the solution architecture; secure approval
Create detailed Component and Solution Architecture designs
Manage solution design changes introduced by requirement and technical discoveries
Continue to identify technical risks, lead mitigation
Triage and resolve technical issues escalated from development teams
Ensure development governance process is followed
Continue to triage and resolve technical issues escalated from development teams
Ensure the technical consistency of the deployment strategy and transition plan
Establish a steady-state support plan
Eagerly accepts ownership and responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery
Actively manages expectations
Executes with multiple development methodologies
Breaks complex ideas and requests into logical sequence of actionable tasks
Works with project teams on stories and decomposing them to development tasks
Works autonomously and knows when to ask for help
Meets commitments and proactively manages misses
Ensures solutions adhere to standards and supports our technology roadmaps
Constant focus on ROI and delivering business value
Embraces after action reviews and retrospectives as a way to learn & grow
Continuously looks for better solutions
uses intuition equally as facts, data and logic to pursue flawless execution
